The Momentum Profile

How do you move?

The Momentum Profile is a behavioural styles profile based on the DISC model of behaviour first described by William Moulton Marston in 1928 — rebuilt for momentum. It maps how you create, sustain, and direct motion, across four factors: Drive, Spark, Pace and Precision.

It takes about eight minutes. There are no wrong answers, no trick questions, and no bad styles.

Answer with your first instinct. Describe yourself as you are most days — not at your best, not at your worst, and not as you wish you were.

This is a structured starting point, not a verdict.

Part one · 32 statements

Sound like you?

How far does each statement sound like you, most days? First instinct. Keep moving.

Part two · 8 sets

Most and least

Each set has four strengths. Pick the one that’s most like you and the one that’s least like you. All four will feel true — choose anyway.

Answer everything to reveal your profile.
