Privacy, briefly
What this site collects
Nothing automatically beyond privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (page counts, not people). Object any time by emailing us. There are no advertising trackers; if we ever run ads, a banner will ask your consent first.
The application form
Your name, email and answers go to Chris by email (delivered by Formspree) so he can reply. Legal basis: taking steps you request before a possible contract. They are not shared, sold or added to any list.
The Scorecard
Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send your numbers to Chris, with your explicit consent, for a personal read. Wellbeing-adjacent answers are treated as sensitive and read only by Chris.
The Profile and paid report
Profile answers stay in your browser until you choose to submit them. If you buy the full report, your first name, answers and scores are sent to an AI service (Anthropic), under contract with us, to generate it using Chris's framework — that is also stated where you buy. Your report lives at a private link only you receive. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
The letter
Buying something adds you to the weekly letter unless you untick the box at checkout. One a week, nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and replying “stop” works too.
Retention
Applications and free-test reads: deleted on request, or after 24 months of inactivity. Purchases, paid reports and the answers behind them: kept for six years (the legal-claims period), then deleted or anonymised.
Who works for us
Data is handled under contract by Formspree and Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and Anthropic (report generation). It is not sold or shared beyond that.
