What this is and isn't
The Momentum Profile is a behavioural styles profile — a self-awareness tool, developed in-house for coaching conversations. It describes behaviour, not personality; tendencies, not verdicts. It is a structured starting point for reflection, not a scientific measurement of personality.
It makes no accuracy claims. You'll find no percentage badge on this report, because we don't have an honest one — and we won't invent one. When the Profile has been through formal reliability testing, we'll publish the numbers. Until then, we won't borrow the language.
What this profile is — and isn't. The Momentum Profile is a self-awareness and coaching tool based on the public-domain DISC model of behaviour. It describes behavioural preferences; it does not measure ability, intelligence, or mental health, and it has not been validated for predicting job performance. It must not be used to make recruitment, selection, promotion, redundancy, or any other employment decisions, and it is not a clinical, diagnostic, or medical instrument. Results are a starting point for reflection, not a verdict on any person. Use of this profile for employment screening or clinical purposes is a breach of the licence terms.
