FOR THE MAN WHOSE LIFE IS FINE. AND WHO ISN’T.

Everything’s fine.That’s the problem.

Work holds. Family holds. And you are drifting inside all of it. More comfort will not fix that. That is what gets rebuilt here.

Free, about 12 minutes. No email needed to see your result.

Sound Familiar

Nobody has called you soft. You have.

Not out loud. Alone, in the car, after another evening of agreeing with everything and wanting none of it. There is no crisis to point at — which is exactly why you have never said it to anyone. Somewhere in the last few years you stopped steering and started managing. You would defend this life to anyone who questioned it. You question it every day.

“I keep the peace. Every time. About everything.”“I can't remember my last hard decision.”“I'm relaxed at home. Honest word: absent.”“I resent people who have done nothing wrong.”“Everything is fine. So what is this?”

You kept the peace. It cost you the pull.

The Diagnosis

Nobody took your edge. You put it down.

A man is built to carry a mission — one thing above comfort that asks something of him daily. Sideline it and nothing dramatic happens. That is the trap. Drive with nowhere to go does not evaporate; it curdles — into pushiness over small things, passivity over big ones, and resentment aimed at people who did nothing wrong. You did not go soft in the body first. You went soft in the mission. Everything else is downstream.

Quiet resentment is a mission deficiency.

The Four Inputs

A man runs on four inputs. Comfort cancels all of them.

Modern life did not attack these. It made them optional, and optional things lose to the sofa. Four lines hold a man on station. None of them snap — they slacken, one comfortable concession at a time, and he drifts without feeling any movement.

You

Solitude

Anchored

Mission

one thing above comfort you are building. Not a job title. A pull. Something it would embarrass you to abandon.

Brotherhood

standing time with men who hold a standard and tell you the truth. Group chats do not count.

Training

hard physical work, scheduled. A body that is never tested belongs to a man who is never tested.

Solitude

no phone, no podcast, no input. Where every honest thought you have been avoiding is waiting.

Count the inputs in your calendar.
Not your intentions. Your calendar.

The Charge

You cannot control her energy. Only yours.

Polarity is a plain idea wearing a fancy word: the charge between two people runs on difference, and it dies on sameness. When a man stops leading his own life, the leading does not stop being needed — someone picks it up. If your partner is carrying everything, that is not a flaw in her. It is information about you. The only honest version of this work: you re-anchor. Back on a mission, back in training, back to deciding things and keeping your own word. What happens between you after that is not a technique and not a promise — it is what tends to happen around a man standing somewhere solid. And if it does not, you are still standing somewhere solid.

She is not the problem. Your drift is.

What this is not

Worth being blunt, because this corner of the internet is full of poison. Arrive looking for tactics to use on your partner and you will be turned away at the application.

  • Not couples counselling, and not a substitute for it.
  • Not tactics for her. Every instruction in the programme has you as its object.
  • Not anti-women, not anti-anyone, not a culture-war position.
  • Not therapy. Clinical difficulty means your GP first, not a coach.

The only man criticised on this page is you. The only man rebuilt is you.

The Programme

The Anchor Protocol

It opens in solitude because the truth needs quiet, and it ends at home because that is where the drift shows. Three of the eight calls are Brotherhood calls with the other men on the cohort — that input is delivered, not described — plus a Day-30 hold-the-line call after it ends. Every deliverable is reviewed by a coach, not filed. Application only. The structure below is the whole promise. Judge it on that.

01
SolitudeDays 1 to 4

quiet first: the Long Walk, the Drift Audit, written

02
MissionDays 5 to 10

the Mission Brief: one page, one sentence, reviewed live

03
StandardsDays 11 to 16

training, brotherhood, solitude — installed as weekly non-negotiables

04
AnchorDays 17 to 21

the Homecoming Standard: your conduct at home, written by you, about you

What you write, and keep

The Drift Audit — written alone on a half-day with no phone. Where you actually are.

The Mission Brief — one page, distilled to one sentence you can say without notes. Reviewed live.

The Standards Sheet — training, brotherhood and solitude as weekly non-negotiables that outlive the programme.

The Homecoming Standard — how you conduct yourself at home. Written by you. About you.

The flip is a decision.
The anchor is built.

Which Protocol

Momentum moves you. Anchor holds you.

Momentum rebuilds the engine — energy, identity, direction — for the man who has lost the pull entirely. Anchor is for a different man: the engine runs fine at work and idles dead at home. If you are not certain which is yours, good. The website does not decide; the conversation does.

The Anchor Protocol

For the man whose drive is fine at work and dead at home. Twenty-one days: solitude, mission, standards — anchored.

You are reading it

The Scorecard gives you a read, you apply once, and we route it together on the call. The two protocols share one door.

Who Is Behind This

Chris Frost

The infantry hands a man all four inputs and never calls them that: a mission above comfort, brotherhood on tap, training that was never optional, and long silent hours alone with your own head. Eight years, 2nd Battalion The Rifles, two tours of Afghanistan. I left, and lost all four in one move.

What followed looked like the dream — boats, diving, flying helicopters off the Australian coast. From the inside it was drift with better scenery. The rebuild taught me the four inputs. I am not a marriage guru. I am a man who has lived the drift and knows the way back is built, not found.

Paradise was drift with better scenery.

Honest Fit

This is for a particular man

The programme runs on solitude, training, brotherhood and hard questions. A man who arrives to fix his wife or blame the times poisons the room for the men who came to work. The lists below are enforced — at application, and again on the call.

This is for you if

  • Your life looks sorted on paper — work, family, no crisis — and you wake flat and cannot name why.
  • You have caught yourself resenting people you love for a drift you chose.
  • You train, or used to, and you know the difference between tired and soft.
  • You can protect 45 to 60 minutes a day for 21 days, including real time alone with no phone.
  • You want a straight answer, not a cheerleader.

It is not for you if

  • You are looking for tactics to change, manage or fix your partner. There are none here.
  • You think women, culture or the times are why you drifted. That argument is not welcome in this room.
  • You want the result without the solitude, the training or the calls. The inputs are the programme.
  • Your relationship involves harm, or separation is already on the table. That needs a different professional first, and I will say so.
  • You are in clinical difficulty. See your GP first. This is coaching, not treatment.

Where Proof Stands

No testimonial wall. Yet.

This is a founding programme. When the first cohort finishes, their words go here — documented, with their permission. Not before. Until then, judge the substance: the structure is published above, the terms are in writing, and the guarantee is tied to the work.

The guarantee is tied to the work

Complete the four written deliverables, attend the calls, and if the personal outcome we agreed in writing at the start is not reached, tell me in writing and you get your money back. Short, plain-English conditions. Statutory rights unaffected.

What I will not promise: that this is easy, that it works without you, or that anything about your relationship is guaranteed to change. The only variable under contract here is you.

One conversation.
A straight answer.

No checkout, no pitch. You apply, Chris reads it himself, and you talk once about whether Anchor — or Momentum — is the right tool. If neither is, he will say so plainly.

No, and it would fail if it were. A move made on another person to get a reaction is the opposite of anchored; people feel it instantly. Every instruction in the 21 days has you as its object. What shifts between you after that is not a technique, and it is not a promise.

Show her. Nothing in this programme happens behind her back, and there is not a line on this page you should be uneasy about her reading. If part of you wants to keep it hidden, bring that to the conversation — it is worth looking at.

Read the page again. No woman is blamed on it, nothing is sold as a technique to use on anyone, and the only enemy in the story is your own drift. That internet sells grievance, which is fuel for scrolling. This sells work, which is fuel for a life.

No, and I do not claim to. Twenty-one days can strip the drift, rebuild the four inputs, and get the mission you already suspect onto one page and into your calendar. The mission is yours. The structure that holds it is what you build here.

No. Therapy looks back to heal; this is structured, forward work on mission, standards and conduct, in writing and on live calls. I am not a therapist — clinical difficulty means your GP first. It is not couples counselling either; if your relationship needs that, I will say so plainly on the call.

Programmes are four-figure investments. Exact pricing is shared in your conversation, once we both think it is a fit. There is no checkout on this site.

You apply for a conversation, not a protocol. Momentum is for the man who has lost his drive. Anchor is for the man whose drive is fine at work and dead at home. The Scorecard gives you a read, and the conversation makes the call. Both protocols share one door.

Mission over comfort.
