Midlife crisis coach for men. You're not broken — stalled.
You typed “midlife crisis” because there's no better word for it. Here's a better word for it: a stall. And a stall isn't managed, medicated or waited out — it's trained out of. That training is what a men's performance coach does.
The state, named
The drive that built your life has gone quiet, and effort is doing its job instead.
Success has started to feel like admin.
You catch yourself calling it “just getting older.”
Nothing is technically wrong — and that's exactly what makes it hard to explain.
It isn't age and it isn't a red convertible. It's three inputs — energy, identity, direction — running on empty at the same time. Each one rebuilds. That's the work.
Where are you standing?
Different states need different protocols. The free Scorecard routes you — or one conversation does.

The coach
Chris Frost. Eight years British Army infantry — 2nd Battalion The Rifles, two tours of Afghanistan — then the better part of fifteen years coaching in and out of uniform: biker gangs in Washington State, business owners in Asia, veterans in the UK, entrepreneurs in Australia. Trained in the Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership.

Is a midlife crisis even real?
The sports-car cliché isn't. The state is: somewhere in the middle years, the three inputs drive runs on — energy, identity, direction — quietly collapse, and the man left standing can't say when it happened. You don't need a label for it. You need the inputs rebuilt.
Do I need a therapist or a coach?
Honest answer: sometimes a therapist. If you can't function day to day, if the low has a clinical edge, see your GP first — that outranks anything on this site. Coaching is for the man who is functioning and flat: holding the job and the family while the drive is gone. That's the man these protocols are built for.
Does this work online?
Yes. I'm UK-based and the protocols run online — live calls, daily work, written check-ins — around a full diary. Nobody in your life needs to know you're doing it until the results make it obvious.
What does it cost?
Founding rates while the first cohorts run: a cohort place is £499, a founding 1:1 intensive is £1,500. Application first — one conversation and a straight answer either way, including “this isn't for you.”
