The guarantee, in plain English

Founding-cohort places trade a locked lower rate for a documented before-and-after account of your fortnight, published only with your written permission and always disclosed as a founding exchange.

  1. Your outcome is agreed in writing at the Foundation Call and confirmed by email before Day 1.

  2. The guarantee applies if you attend at least 5 of the 6 live touchpoints and complete the daily work on at least 12 of the 14 days, evidenced by your workbook log.

  3. If you meet those conditions and the agreed outcome is not reached, tell me in writing within 14 days of your Integration Call.

  4. Your fee is refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days of your claim.

  5. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected. You also have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts; because the programme can begin inside that window, you will be asked for an express request to begin early and refunds during the cancellation period are pro-rata for work already delivered.
