The Programme

The Momentum Protocol

The full structure, published. Fourteen days, 45 to 60 minutes a day, six live touchpoints. Three phases in a deliberate order: state first, story next, strategy last, because a plan built on an empty tank does not hold.

Days 1 to 3

State

Ground truth and the platform: an honest baseline, then the sleep, movement and energy work that everything else stands on.

Days 4 to 9

Story

The inner operating system: the needs and beliefs that ran the last chapter, the identity that fits this one, and a direction worth your discipline.

Days 10 to 14

Strategy

The build: a written 90-day plan and a daily rhythm, put on a real calendar before the fortnight ends.

Six live touchpoints

  • The Foundation Call, before Day 1: we agree in writing the single outcome your fourteen days are for.

  • Call one, after Day 2: the baseline, read together.

  • Call two, Day 6: the belief work, live.

  • Call three, Day 9: the new identity, confirmed and acted on.

  • Call four, Days 12 to 13: your 90-day plan, built together.

  • The Integration Call, two weeks after Day 14: did it hold, re-scored against Day 0.

What you keep

A small room of peers, and an accountability partner

Ways to run it

The Momentum Protocol, Founding Cohort: a small group of peers. Two founding cohorts will run at the founding rate; after that, the standard rate applies.

The Private Intensive: the same fourteen days, one to one, built around you.

The Momentum Quarter: the intensive plus a quarter of weekly support while the plan runs under real load. Usually decided at the Integration Call.

The Momentum Standard: the alumni membership that keeps the rhythm, the room and the standard.

The first founding cohort is capped at 10 men and begins once 6 are confirmed.

Every programme starts the same way: the Scorecard or one conversation.
