Masculine
coaching.
For your
next chapter.

Chris Frost is a UK-based men's performance coach working online. His masculine coaching focuses on energy, identity and direction: how you look after yourself, the standards you live by, and what you want your effort to serve.

What is masculine coaching?

Masculine coaching here means practical coaching for men who want to take more responsibility for how they live. The work connects your habits, beliefs and decisions to the man you want to be, with daily work and conversations with a coach to help you follow through.

Masculinity coaching and men's mindset coaching can describe parts of this work. Here, the focus is personal: define your own standards, understand what matters to you, and practise showing up for it. Strength and presence mean little until they show up in your choices.

Your energy

Look honestly at the sleep, movement and daily routines your life runs on. Establish a baseline before asking more of yourself.

What are you protecting your energy for?

Your identity

Examine the roles, beliefs and standards that shaped your last chapter. Decide which still fit, and what needs to change in your behaviour.

Who do you want to be in this chapter?

Your direction

Give your effort a clear purpose. Turn what matters to you into priorities, a workable plan and a daily rhythm you can review.

What deserves a place on your calendar?

Honest fit

Your life works.
Something in it is missing.

You may be running a business, leading a team, raising a family or building life after service. You are still doing what needs doing. The question is whether the way you are living still fits the man you want to be.

This may fit if you want to:

  • Find a clearer direction after reaching a goal that no longer feels meaningful.
  • Follow through on the standards you keep setting for yourself.
  • Bring more attention and intention to life outside work.
  • Make a concrete plan and take responsibility for doing the work.

Coaching focuses on goals, habits and decisions. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. The application conversation helps establish whether the work is appropriate for you.

Inside the flagship programme

State. Story. Strategy.

The Momentum Protocol puts the method into fourteen days of work. You agree a specific outcome on the Foundation Call, protect 45 to 60 minutes a day, and work through three phases with six live touchpoints.

  1. Days 1–3

    State

    Start with your actual baseline.

Review your energy, sleep and movement. The first phase establishes where you are starting and the routines the next two phases will depend on.

  2. Days 4–9

    Story

Examine what has been driving you.

Work through the needs and beliefs that shaped your choices. Define an identity that fits your next chapter and a direction worth committing to.

  3. Days 10–14

    Strategy

Put the next chapter on the calendar.

Build a written 90-day plan and a daily rhythm. The work ends with actions to carry into your life, followed by an Integration Call to review what held.

Questions about masculine coaching

What does a masculine coach help with?

At Chris Frost Coaching, the focus is energy, identity and direction. That can mean looking at the habits that support your energy, the beliefs behind your decisions, the standards you want to live by, and a practical plan for your next chapter. The work is organised around a specific outcome agreed with you at the start of the Momentum Protocol.

Is masculine coaching the same as masculinity coaching?

On this site, both terms describe coaching for men who want to examine how they live and who they want to become. The focus is your own responsibilities, values and actions. You do not need to adopt a prescribed masculine personality to take part.

How does this relate to men's mindset coaching?

Mindset work is part of the Story phase: examining the beliefs and identity shaping your choices. Chris's approach also includes State, which looks at your starting point and daily routines, and Strategy, which turns your direction into a written plan. The three phases are taught in the free masterclasses.

Who is this coaching for?

Men who are managing their everyday responsibilities but feel disconnected from their drive or direction, including business owners, professionals and veterans. For the Momentum Protocol, you need to be willing to do the daily work and protect 45 to 60 minutes a day for fourteen days. An application and conversation establish whether the programme fits.

Can I work with Chris online?

Yes. Chris is UK-based and the protocols run online, with live calls and work between sessions. Discuss your time zone and availability in the application conversation so the commitment fits your diary.

What happens in the Momentum Protocol?

It is a fourteen-day programme: State on days 1 to 3, Story on days 4 to 9, and Strategy on days 10 to 14. There are six live touchpoints, including a Foundation Call before day one and an Integration Call two weeks after day fourteen. You work toward a written 90-day plan and a daily rhythm to continue afterwards.

Is this therapy or mental health treatment?

This service is coaching, focused on goals, habits, decisions and accountability. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need clinical support, speak with a qualified healthcare professional; the application conversation is about coaching fit, not a clinical assessment.

How much does masculine coaching cost?

The cost depends on the programme and format. The protocols are by application, and the current price and terms are discussed before you commit. You can start with the free Momentum Profile or watch the three free masterclasses without buying a programme.

Do I need a military background?

No. Chris's coaching background includes men in and out of uniform. You do not need military experience; what matters is whether the focus, format and daily commitment fit your situation.
